One Ellesmere Port PCN was established in 2018. Its members include the six GP practices from across the town who are working together with the common goal of creating better services for their ever increasing patient population of over 72,000.

PCNs across England have funded and introduced many new roles into general practice to meet the needs of their populations. All of these roles are in addition to the existing primary care workforce.
